Customer Service Rep

Pride Health is hiring a Customer Service Rep to support our client's healthcare facility in Temple, TX

Location:  Temple, TX
Job Type: Contract 
Contract Length: 32 Weeks of Contract (Week Off Wed - Thurs)
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay Range: $18/hr. 
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  
 
Duties: 

• Answer inbound calls from patients, visitors, employees, and other internal/public customers.
• Document customer requests accurately and dispatch work requests to the appropriate department or team.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional and courteous assistance.
• Assist with patient transportation workflow and assignments.

Requirements: 

• Education: High School Diploma/GED equivalent
• Years of experience: 1+ year of experience required

Skills: 

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Healthcare or medical customer service experience
• Medical call center experience
• Hospital scheduling experience
• Patient interaction and support
• Call handling and work request dispatch
