Role Description
This position is responsible for sales, customer service, and studio maintenance .
Studio Operations, Cleaning & Support
- Perform thorough sauna and suite refreshes between appointments, including disinfecting surfaces, organizing amenities, and restocking supplies
- Ensure rooms, front desk, common areas, and restrooms, are always clean, sanitized, and guest-ready
- Follow established cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Assist with administrative tasks/ special projects and attend meetings and trainings
Client Experience & Retention
- Greet all guests warmly and deliver consistent, top-tier service in person, over the phone, and through automated communication systems
- Follow proper member check-in, guest registration, and front desk procedures
- Accurately handle sales transactions, account updates, and customer care calls
- Create an engaging, and professional environment that encourages repeat visits and referrals
- Address client questions / concerns, escalating to the Studio Manager when needed
- Model beem® mission, vision, and values in all interactions and represent beem® Light Sauna professionally as a brand ambassador
Sales Execution & Revenue Support
- Generate leads, memberships and package / retail sales
- Manage leads including inquiries, follow-ups, tours, and conversion conversations
- Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives
- Follow studio sales scripts, pricing guidelines, promotions, and closing standards
Who You Are
- Language: English (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a plus
- Sales and customer service skills, with the ability to engage client
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with clients
- Professional, team player/leader, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- Ability to remain calm, respectful, and professional in all customer interactions
- Proficient with PC/Mac, studio software, and CRM tools (Mindbody or similar)
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism and customer-focused
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Preferably have sales experience in fitness, health, wellness
- Interest in health and wellness, with a willingness to learn and educate others about the science and benefits of infrared sauna, red light, and chromotherapy
Physical Requirements
- Capable of lifting to 30 lbs. and may be required to sit / or stand for four+ hours.
- Able to work weekends especially during peak activity periods
- May be required to reach with hands/arms and able to bend, lift, and kneel
