Customer Service Rep Hybrid 8+ Month Contract Pay: 20/hr, W 2 Open to White Plains, NY; Glastonbury, CT; Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; Madison, WI; Clayton, MO; or Wilmington, DE 8-6 pm in the respective time zone Potential to convert 40 hours per week with potential for OT as needed Assist customer-facing team to deliver prompt, convenient, and professional customer service to assigned clients. Assist team with back-end tasks, such as but not limited to, invoicing, sending data requests, and following up with clients. Proactively manage order process. A minimum of one year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience is highly preferred. Strong analytical stills, along with excellent organizational, time management, and multi-taking skills.
