About the Role:
C & R Water Supply, Inc. is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team in Willis, TX! Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Process customer orders, account updates, and service requests accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company database
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and follow-up
• Provide product and service information to new and existing customers
• Support billing inquiries and assist with payment processing as needed

Requirements:

• Prior customer service experience preferred, ideally in utilities, water supply, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
• Bilingual required
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
