Customer Service Representative Location: Indianapolis, Indiana Job Type: Full-time Salary:$18.00 per hour Schedule: 6:00 am 2:00pm Availability: Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed Job Summary We are seeking a professional and dependable Customer Service Representative to support our employees, customers, and drivers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage inquiries efficiently across multiple channels. Responsibilities
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with employees and customers at all times
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal departments
Acknowledge, document, and help resolve customer issues
Develop and maintain knowledge of company products to assist employees on the production floor
Process paperwork and tasks through SAP systems
Maintain accurate customer interaction records, including transactions, comments, and complaints
Coordinate and communicate with colleagues as needed
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely support
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
Proficient with computers
Previous customer support experience preferred
Must be able to work weekends and overtime when necessary
