Customer Service Representative
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Job Type: Full-time
Salary:$18.00 per hour
Schedule: 6:00 am –2:00pm
Availability: Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and dependable Customer Service Representative to support our employees, customers, and drivers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage inquiries efficiently across multiple channels.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with employees and customers at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal departments
  • Acknowledge, document, and help resolve customer issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company products to assist employees on the production floor
  • Process paperwork and tasks through SAP systems
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records, including transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Coordinate and communicate with colleagues as needed
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely support

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
  • Proficient with computers
  • Previous customer support experience preferred
  • Must be able to work weekends and overtime when necessary
