Position Overview: We are seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our team in a busy, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering excellent customer service, adept at problem-solving, and skilled in helping customers achieve their goals. Strong communication abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information about our products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns efficiently
• Update customer records based on interactions to ensure accurate documentation
• Stay informed about evolving products and services to better assist customers
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
• Strong ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
• Positive, professional demeanor
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish
