Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Little Rock, AR 72201 (3 days Onsite, Mon - Fri 8 am to 4:30 pm)
Duration: 9+ months
Interview: 1 round (could be virtual or onsite depending on manager)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr to $21.00/hr on W2
Mandate Skills/Experience:
- Proficient in Client Office Suite
- Preferred Experience- 2 years Pharmacy tech experience(not required)
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a pharmacy or health care environment
- Education-2 years of college (at least 48 credit hours)
- Skills-Adaptable, clear communication skills, responsible, and dependable
- Attributes: Customer Empathy/Compassion and patience
- Competencies: Professionalism, decision making, and stress tolerance
- Personality-up-beat and positive
Job Summary:
- Immediate need is someone who is proficient in Client Office Suite.
- The applicant will be typing response letters and other administrative work needed by the team.
- The candidate would be handling correspondence via fax and email.
- This includes routing and filing it appropriately.
- The applicant will need to answer incoming calls providing pharmacy related claims resolutions and provide pharmacy benefits information to members, providers, group administrators, and internal customer service.
