TITLE: Customer Service Representative

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Responsible for interacting with customers, warehouse, brokers and sales staff regarding orders and deliveries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A High School Diploma.Legal eligibility to work in the US.Ability to speak, read, and write in English.Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.Microsoft OfficeEntry level customer service experience.Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary such as overtime and weekends.Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with Customer Service Pool.Enter Customer purchase orders.Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries and complaints.Liaison for customer orders between all departments.Perform other duties as assigned.
