QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of stable, verifiable employment history in any industry
  • Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
  • Reliable high-speed internet - Quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
  • Must live within one hour of Richardson, TX or 2-hours from San Diego, CA
  • Must be able to report onsite on Day 1 to pick up equipment and attend occasional meetings or special projects as needed 
RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

  • Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and web chats
  • Help members enroll in health and pension benefit plans
  • Update member information and process account changes
  • Answer questions regarding benefits and coverage
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service
  • Learn multiple client accounts through cross-training

 

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday only (No weekends!)
  • 8-hour shift scheduled between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM CST
  • Flexibility to work any shift within these hours is required
  • Training schedule may differ from your permanent shift
  • During peak season, expect a 40-hour work week with occasional overtime
  • During slower periods, hours may range from 32-40 hours per week based on business needs
