Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Work Mode: Remote

Location: Must live in California

Summary:

• Schedule: 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday
• Applicants must be flexible regarding shifts based on business needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to dental insurance customers via telephone or email
• Respond to inquiries related to dental coverage, claims, and benefits
• Research product aspects, policy provisions, and claim status
• Process transactions efficiently and refer policy modifications as needed
• Enhance customer relationships through effective communication and empathy
• Utilize multiple electronic systems to provide integrated responses
• Maintain professionalism and high-quality service skills

Requirements:

• Reside in the state of California
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Reliable high-speed wired Ethernet Internet (100 MBPS download, 20 Mbps upload)
• 1 year of experience in a remote Call Center Customer Service role
• Ability to navigate multiple computer monitors and programs simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

• 2 years of Call Center or Customer Service Representative experience
• Strong computer/keyboard skills
• Experience with dental or other insurance products
• Prior experience in a dental office
• Superb listening and professional oral communication skills
• Previous experience with Salesforce
