The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automotive and fleet maintenance operations and customer service and a proven ability to resolve customer concerns, coordinate repair services, and maintain accurate service records.Responsibilities:Interact with customers regarding vehicle repair needs and service options.Interpret service information and accurately communicate work performed to customers.Verify mileage, complete data entry, and maintain service records.Resolve customer complaints and address inquiries in a timely manner.Schedule vehicles for preventative maintenance, warranty work, and commercial repairs.Coordinate with service teams to ensure efficient workflow and customer updates.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience in automotive and fleet maintenance operation environments.Customer service experience responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.Proficient data entry and recordkeeping skills with attention to detail.Effective verbal and written communication abilities.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with warranty processes and commercial repair coordination.Experience with maintenance scheduling systems or service management software.Why BCforward?At BCforward, we believe in advancing lives and careers.
