Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: SFS
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 8a - 5p
Pay: $20-$22/hour

Overview
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team immediately. This role is a hybrid of administrative and customer service responsibilities, with a strong focus on customer interaction and follow-up. If you are proactive, quick to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Update and maintain customer account information and profiles
Proactively call customers to follow up on orders and services
Gather and verify required documentation
Confirm customers are receiving invoices and products in good condition
Manage and support a portfolio of assigned customer accounts
Perform data entry and verification tasks
Provide consistent, high-quality customer service via phone
Prioritize workload and manage time effectively across multiple accounts


Qualifications

Strong customer service experience (required)
Administrative experience is acceptable only if it includes customer interaction
Excellent attention to detail and note-taking skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-touch environment
Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
Self-starter who learns quickly and takes initiative

Must-Have Requirements

Demonstrated job stability (consistent tenure in previous roles)
Comfortable with heavy phone-based customer interaction
Strong follow-up skills and sense of ownership
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
