Job Description:

We are looking for compassionate and customer-focused professionals to join our team. In this role, you'll help patients access important prescription medications and support programs while providing a high-quality, personalized experience. Whether you're a recent graduate, early-career professional, or someone with experience in customer service, healthcare, case management, or call centers, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

+ Assist patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies through phone and online interactions. + Guide patients through program enrollment and eligibility requirements. + Answer questions related to prescription assistance programs and medication access. + Provide empathetic support and help resolve issues efficiently. + Document interactions accurately and maintain patient records. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience. + Support administrative tasks as needed.

Experience:

+ Strong communication and active listening skills. + A passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service. + Empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence. + Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. + Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. + Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
