- Advising customers on return and warranty processes, providing solutions, and processing replacements if applicable
- Communicating trends, issues, and customer insights to the broader team to help inform improvements
- Cross-selling or referring products and services to enhance customer experience and drive brand loyalty
What You'll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have:- 12 years of customer service experience (chat and email support); e-commerce experience is a plus
- Strong research, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tasks
- A professional, positive, and supportive demeanor, especially in challenging interactions

Location & Schedule
