As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email about product requests, pricing, and order assistance
Processing parts transactions accurately, including quantities, pricing, and purchase order details
Collaborating with warehouse and production teams to support fulfillment, shipping, and inventory needs
Maintaining and updating customer records and system information with precision
Reviewing incoming orders for completeness and ensuring timely order entry and processing
