We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Customer Service Representative/Patient Service Representative to join our team here at Medix Infusion.The Patient Support Representative is responsible for requesting extension orders from provider offices and ensuring the orders are received in a timely manner. The Patient Support Specialist will enter new refill orders received into the EMR system and notify the appropriate departments for review.
