Customer Service Representative

Location: Akron, OH
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Akron. This position provides customer support, processes orders, performs data entry, and works closely with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
• Accurately enter and process customer orders
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
• Use Microsoft Excel and computer systems for daily tasks
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve issues
• Follow up on orders and customer requests as needed
• Assist with general office and administrative duties
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all work

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous customer service, office, order entry, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
