Pay: $20.00/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team in Richfield, OH. This position plays a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, coordinating deliveries and installations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and invoices.
  • Coordinate deliveries, installations, and replacement orders.
  • Schedule and track deliveries with transportation providers.
  • Schedule warranty service calls and replacement parts.
  • Prepare freight quotes and provide order updates.
  • Support the sales team by maintaining existing customer relationships and assisting with new business opportunities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, inventory, pricing, and estimated delivery dates.
  • Communicate daily with customers, sales representatives, delivery teams, and installation crews to ensure timely service.
  • Welcome visitors and provide front office support.
  • Maintain organized records and complete general administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, order processing, or administrative support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP or order entry software experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
