Customer Service Representative

In this role, you’re the voice of Current Electrical. You’ll handle inbound calls, follow up on leads, and book high-quality appointments for our sales and service teams - while keeping customers informed and taken care of from first call to completed job.

What You’ll Own

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and unscheduled opportunities
  • Schedule service calls and sales appointments
  • Deliver a strong customer experience on every interaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM (Service Titan)
  • Coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and sales teams
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, call center, or scheduling/coordination
  • HVAC or home services experience is a strong plus
  • Service Titan experience highly preferred
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and office software
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
