You’ll handle inbound calls, follow up on leads, and book high-quality appointments for our sales and service teams - while keeping customers informed and taken care of from first call to completed job. What You’ll Own - Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and unscheduled opportunities
- Schedule service calls and sales appointments
- Deliver a strong customer experience on every interaction
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM (Service Titan)
- Coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and sales teams
- Assist with basic administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
What You Bring - High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, call center, or scheduling/coordination
- HVAC or home services experience is a strong plus
- Service Titan experience highly preferred
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and office software
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
