Customer Service Rep

Summary:

  • Location: Albany, NY
  • Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill company estimates and orders for various corporate documents retrievals and filings.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete all project requests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
  • Provide direct support to and collaboration with other corporate team members.
  • Respond to and resolve incoming vendor requests, queries, issues, and concerns via phone and email.
  • Manage the order process alongside other corporate team members, from initial request through processing, and during follow-up investigations and order fulfillment.
  • Obtain certificates of status with both the state and/or revenue departments, conduct name availability and status searches, produce verbal bring-down reports, file/track name reservations and registrations, and obtain copies of miscellaneous public record documents.
  • Handle corporate filings including, but not limited to the preparation, review, and filing of: articles of incorporation/organization, amendments, DBA/assumed business names, newspaper publications, and annual reports.
  • Perform any other duties of similar or lesser nature as required.

Requirements:

  • Must be a positive team player and effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to multi-task, accept directions well, possess strong attention to detail, and manage time wisely.
  • Computer literate; Intermediate level skills with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
  • Self-directed and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Ensure superior customer service is always provided and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Knowledge of general corporate services and/or willingness to learn.
