Customer Service Representative

The Opportunity

Brandbloom Services is expanding its Allentown team and looking for motivated, people-first individuals to join us in a customer-facing capacity. Depending on your strengths and interview performance, you may be placed in a customer service or sales-oriented role — both of which involve direct, face-to-face interaction with customers in the field.

What You'll Be Doing

• Engaging with customers directly in assigned territories to address needs, answer questions, and present solutions

• Representing our clients' products and services in a professional, positive manner

• Identifying customer needs and guiding them toward the right fit

• Logging interactions and outcomes accurately

• Attending daily team huddles, training sessions, and coaching check-ins

• Building relationships that drive both customer satisfaction and results

• Strong communicator who genuinely enjoys talking to people

• Self-motivated and reliable — you hold yourself accountable

• Positive and resilient — you stay composed and professional in the field

• Punctual and presentable in customer-facing situations

• High school diploma or GED

• No prior experience required — we hire for attitude and train for skill

Compensation

Compensation is tied to your performance — representatives typically earn $600/week, with top performers regularly exceeding $800+/week.

Schedule & Location

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (weekend availability a plus)

• Based out of our Allentown office
