About Us
SpeedPro Alpharetta is a signage and branding company that helps businesses make a strong visual
impression — from storefront signs and vehicle wraps to full brand rollouts. We’re looking for a sharp,
organized, and people-friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our
customers and a key player in keeping projects moving.

About the Role
As our CSR, you’ll be the voice and face of SpeedPro Alphartta for many of our customers. You’ll juggle
incoming calls, prepare estimates, coordinate courier and delivery logistics, and help keep our social media
presence active and on-brand. This is a great fit for someone who’s detail-oriented, comfortable
multitasking, and enjoys variety in their day.

What You’ll Do
• Phone & Customer Support: Answer incoming calls, greet walk-in customers, and respond to
emails/inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Estimates: Prepare and send accurate project estimates and quotes based on customer specifications,
pricing guidelines, and material/production costs.
• Courier & Logistics Coordination: Schedule pickups and deliveries with courier services, track
shipments, and communicate delivery updates to customers and team members.
• Order & Project Support: Enter and track orders in our system, follow up on order status, and
coordinate with production/installation teams to keep jobs on schedule.

What We’re Looking For
• 1+ years of customer service, administrative, or office support experience (signage, print, or branding
industry experience a plus, but not required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable on the phone and confident speaking with customers.
• Basic math skills and comfort working with pricing/estimates.
• Experience with or willingness to learn social media platforms and basic content creation.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and general computer use.
• Positive, professional attitude and a team-player mindset.
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
