Customer Service Representative- Moore's Electrical & Mechanical
Location: Altavista, VA
Pay: $16-$18/hr

The Role
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to customer contacts for HVAC/R repairs and dispatching Service Technicians to the customer site. The Customer Service Representative is also responsible for creating work orders and submitting completed work orders to billing.
What You'll Do:
- Receive service calls via phone, email, and customer websites
- Input and monitor work order progress with consistent updates to the customer
- Prioritize and dispatch technicians for service calls; review call history to avoid duplicate calls
- Follow up on emergency overnight and weekend calls
- Review completed work orders and submit to billing team
You Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and internet usage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work individually with a teamwork mindset
- Call center experience a plus
