Leslie Massey Farmers Insurance in AMARILLO, Texas, is looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Customer Service Representative. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a proactive environment and building rapport with others, this is the role for you. Salary will vary based on experience but there is potential to earn $50,000 with commission and bonus opportunities.

Salary Range: $30000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for assisting clients with policy changes, renewals and onboarding to our agency. Duties include renewal communication, answering the phone, sending evidence of insurance, uploading policy documents, and dealing with underwriting issues.
