Job Description
This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and satisfaction by ensuring phone, email, or fax orders are imputed accurately and timely, customer inquires are responded to in a thorough, timely manner and by supporting the sales efforts of the outside sales group. In addition, courteously answer and direct phone calls and communicate any food safety or product concerns to the appropriate groups.

Qualifications
Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal human relations and teaming skills.
Must be quick and accurate with figures, attentive to detail, and have good follow-through. Ability to receive orders audibly and simultaneously input accurately into order entry system.
Must have excellent phone and PC skills i.e Windows Office suite. Outlook/Explorer a plus.
Must be flexible and able to deal with a variety of details simultaneously.
Must have proven conflict resolution, problem-solving skills.
Must be skilled in time management and be capable of meeting work schedule deadlines.
Reliable; consistently at work and on time.
Ability to observe and follow proper safety procedures, and a willingness to report potentially unsafe conditions
Prefer both retail and wholesale produce experience
Prefer high school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of experience.
