Customer Service Representative

Salary: $45-50K

What your future day will look like:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and vendors through phone, email, and direct communication.
• Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and coordinate related purchasing activities.
• Build consultative relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Partner with outside sales representatives to support customer projects, opportunities, and follow-up activities.
• Work closely with suppliers to obtain pricing, manage lead times, and ensure timely quote delivery.
• Assist with sourcing initiatives and process improvements that support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Type: Contract to Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, quoting, or related experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; QuickBooks experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
