Job Description
Customer Service Representative Des Moines, IAFull-Time | Weekly Pay | No WeekendsPay: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:30 PM (OT as needed)
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year related experience preferably in a logistics environment
- Knowledge of SAP and inventory processes preferred
- Shipping and Receiving experience
- Excel experience
- Inventory experience
- DOT regulations knowledge
