Customer Service Representative (Print Production & Logistics Coordination)

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join an international printing and graphics company. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in print production, client services, and logistics coordination. Full training will be provided.

This position serves as a key link between clients, production teams, and logistics operations, ensuring accurate communication, efficient workflow management, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to client inquiries, quotes, job tickets, and orders via phone and email
  • Track and manage job progress, provide real-time status updates, and resolve issues quickly
  • Provide guidance on printing services, file preparation, production timelines, and specifications
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and production teams to ensure accurate job execution
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations
  • Coordinate logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, carrier selection, routing, and delivery scheduling
  • Maintain accurate client records, job tracking, and order management data
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer service and production issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Support operational efficiency through coordination with production, shipping, and fulfillment teams
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, logistics coordination, or operations support
  • Strong understanding of print terminology, file formats, and production workflows preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with print management or order tracking systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset
  • Willingness to travel to customer and operational sites as needed
  • Ability to safely lift and handle items up to 25 lbs as required
