About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression. Whether it's over the phone, via email, or through live chat, you'll play a key role in creating an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner
  • Resolve product or service issues efficiently and empathetically
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and track shipments
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service processes
  • Stay updated on products, promotions, and company policies
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with learning new systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
