TRC Talent Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a 24/7 emergency response center handling critical inbound calls and dispatch coordination.
Job Details
Location: Dunwoody, GA | Fully On-Site
Pay: $20+ (DOE) + Shift Differentials + Overtime Opportunities
$20/hour for non-bilingual candidates
$21/hour for bilingual (French or Spanish) candidates
Work Schedule: Flexible Schedule Required | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Availability including Holidays
What You’ll Be Doing
Answer high-volume inbound emergency calls from elevator systems
Gather accurate caller location and emergency details quickly and professionally
Dispatch the appropriate response teams based on the situation
Provide clear updates and information to customers regarding service requests
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in company systems
Deliver professional, compassionate customer service on every interaction
Meet performance goals related to call quality, accuracy, and response time
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of customer service or call center experience
Strong phone communication and multitasking skills
Ability to remain calm and focused in emergency situations
Strong data entry and computer skills
Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM required
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays required
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French strongly preferred
Experience in dispatch, emergency response, or high-volume call environments is a plus
