About the Role

Modalways is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative for immediate hire to support client communication and service operations. This role focuses on handling client inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
• Document customer interactions and maintain organized service records
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client concerns
• Track open requests and ensure timely follow-up
• Support onboarding and service assistance for new clients
• Follow company procedures and customer service standards
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a professional office environment
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
