Position Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to provide timely, professional support to our customers through email and occasional inbound phone calls. This is an in-person position for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email.
- Answer occasional inbound customer phone calls and provide exceptional service.
- Resolve customer concerns, order issues, shipping inquiries, and product questions.
- Partner with the Fulfillment team to prioritize rush orders and resolve order-related issues.
- Investigate shipping delays, damaged packages, and order discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all customer interactions.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other computer applications to track orders and customer requests.
- Meet established response time expectations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong typing and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple departments.
- Professional, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or customer service software (such as Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar) is a plus.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday during business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- Part-time schedule to be discussed during the interview process.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.
