Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role helps customers with shipping, printing, packaging, and other store services while providing an excellent in-store experience. Schedule
- Monday–Friday: Store open 10 AM – 6 PM
- Team hours: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: Half-day shift
- Closed on Most Federal Holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing services
- Operate point-of-sale system, printers, and store equipment
- Process orders and provide product/service recommendations
- Support store promotions and marketing
- Sort and manage virtual mailbox mail
- Fingerprinting Processing
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong multitasking and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with good time management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license required
- Retail/POS software experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
