Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients at Common Companion Vet Co. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins, and address inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments, ensuring efficient use of the veterinary team's time.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear communication between clients and veterinary staff, relaying important information and updates.
  • Transaction Processing: Handle payments accurately, maintain financial records, and process invoices.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update client and pet records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Office Support: Assist with administrative tasks, ensure the reception area is tidy, and manage inventory of office supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with veterinary software or willingness to learn
  • Compassion for animals and their owners
  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus
