Salary Range: $17.50 - $24.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our policyholders by answering questions regarding their coverage and billing.
• Process routine policy changes and endorsements accurately to ensure our clients remain properly protected.
• Assist with the processing of incoming payments and explanation of policy documents.
• Maintain organized and detailed records of all client interactions within our agency management system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure existing clients are receiving the best possible service and coverage options.
• Handle sensitive information with total discretion and maintain a high standard of professional integrity.

• Active Illinois Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within an office setting.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on patience and clarity.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in an insurance agency setting is a plus.
• Spanish speakers are a big plus
