Your professional nature serves you well as you communicate with customers both over the phone and in person. Each person trusts you with their needs because you listen intently and sincerely seek personalized HVAC solutions. While serving customers in the showroom, you confidently promote sales, monthly specials, and counter specials. You serve will-call customers by picking up and loading orders in an accurate and efficient manner as well as maintaining showroom cleanliness.Behind the scenes, you perform administrative warehouse duties including, shipping, receiving, and facilities maintenance. With close attention to detail, you process and coordinate the filling of customer orders. Because you always stay up to date on company processes, policies, and procedures, you're able to perform your duties in an effective and successful manner.
