Customer Service Representative
A customer service representative is needed immediately for a long term temporary assignment at a Weston, MA corporation. Hours: Full Time - Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service and efficiently handling patron issues
- Process applications for walk-in patrons
- Perform account maintenance, including account changes, transponder changes, re-certifications, additional tag requests, replenishments, adjustments, and statement requests
- Assist in the reduction of production backlog (i.e. web applications, add tag requests, etc.)
- Contact customers for additional account information
- Prepare reports to include daily Walk-In Report
- Speed and accuracy are a must
- Audit work for accuracy
- Cash out and prepare deposit at end of shift
- Assist in opening and closing the office as needed
