We're looking for a detail-oriented Account Representative to provide dedicated support to employers, members, and beneficiaries regarding life insurance and survivor benefits. In this role, you'll be a trusted resource-researching, analyzing, and clearly explaining benefit information to a wide range of audiences.
What You'll Do
- Provide dedicated support to employers, members, and beneficiaries regarding life insurance and survivor benefits
- Apply knowledge of survivor services statutes and regulations to research and analyze benefit eligibility
- Communicate complex information clearly through phone, written correspondence, and in-person interactions
- Ensure accurate billing and premium payments
- Determine member status and group life insurance eligibility
- Verify the accuracy of financial and written information before distribution
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate service

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum qualifications: - High School Diploma plus 4 years of related experience
Preferred qualification: - Associate degree in business, finance, customer service or other related field.
Salary: Begins at $43,659 if annualized.
