Customer Service Representative

Openwork is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a growing retail and e-commerce operation. If you have a background as a first responder, public sector experience, or deep knowledge of tactical gear, firearms, and ammunition, this is an excellent opportunity to leverage your product knowledge while building a long-term career with outstanding total compensation and retirement ownership.

You will support daily customer interactions by handling inbound calls, processing orders, and assisting with general inquiries across multiple store locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls (40–50+ daily) with professionalism, efficiency, and expert product insight.

• Support and coordinate retail pickup orders across 5 store locations.

• Accurately process website and phone orders for tactical gear, firearms, and ammo.

• Manage customer email communications and respond promptly to product inquiries.

• Perform precise data entry tasks related to customer service and order management.

What We’re Looking For

• Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of tactical gear, firearms, and ammunition, or direct experience as a first responder / public sector professional strongly preferred.

• Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.

• Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, high attention to detail, and accurate data entry.

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with basic computer applications, order systems, and email correspondence.

• Reliability: Strong attendance track record and reliable transportation.

• Pay: $18.00 per hour
