About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an H&PS Level 13 representative.
This role will be based on-site in Austin, TX, with the possibility of transitioning to remote work in the future.
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide assistance to Medicaid Providers with inquiries related to eligibility, medical claims status, and other program questions.
Responsibilities:
Respond to phone inquiries from Medicaid Providers in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner
Assist with problem resolution as needed
Document all encounters in clear and concise online logs
Transfer callers to other Call Center units as necessary
Meet individual performance standards
Maintain strict required attendance and performance metrics
Perform other duties as assigned by management Education Qualification: - High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in documenting information accurately
Willingness to adhere to strict attendance and performance standards
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
