About the Role:
  • We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an H&PS Level 13 representative.
  • This role will be based on-site in Austin, TX, with the possibility of transitioning to remote work in the future.
  • The primary responsibility of this position is to provide assistance to Medicaid Providers with inquiries related to eligibility, medical claims status, and other program questions.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to phone inquiries from Medicaid Providers in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner
  • Assist with problem resolution as needed
  • Document all encounters in clear and concise online logs
  • Transfer callers to other Call Center units as necessary
  • Meet individual performance standards
  • Maintain strict required attendance and performance metrics
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management Education Qualification: - High school diploma or equivalent
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in documenting information accurately
  • Willingness to adhere to strict attendance and performance standards
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
