Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Day Shift | Full-time

How you'll make an impact in this role:

• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive and supportive service experience.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment usage and maintenance to promote confidence and safety.
• Utilize support systems to effectively troubleshoot issues and track service resolutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions to uphold service quality and care standards.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance by connecting customers with the appropriate resources to meet their specific needs.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional requirements you'll need:

• One Year Previous Customer Service Experience
