Customer Service Representative

Our client, a healthcare services organization, is seeking a Medicaid Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Medicaid Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support team supporting Medicaid providers and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, customer service excellence, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Onsite (Austin, TX 78727)
Pay Range: $20.00/hour

What's the Job?

• Provide support to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, claims status, and program-related questions.
• Respond to high-volume inbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with problem resolution and customer inquiries.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and clearly in online systems.
• Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics while transferring callers to appropriate departments when needed.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 6 months of high-volume inbound call center experience This is a mandatory requirement.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be able to work any assigned 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
