Position: Customer Service Representative - B Shift
Pay: $18.50/hour
Shift: Wednesday 12:00PM-6:00PM, Thursday 6:00AM-6:00PM, Friday 6:00AM-6:00PM, Saturday 6:00AM-6:00PM
Location: Milwaukee, WI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative to start IMMEDIATELY at $18.50/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Manage customer order handling, inventory control, and material management
• Review invoices for accuracy and maintain active client files
• Generate aging receivable reports and analyze trends
• Assist with production scheduling, monitor inventories, and track loads
• Coordinate with drivers, print BOLs, and assign doors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Office 365 knowledge
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
• Experience with AS400 is a plus
