CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

LOCATION

Balch Springs, TX 75181 | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay: $18.50/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

ROLE IMPACT:

Support daily customer service operations by providing accurate payment processing and responsive assistance to customers. Success is measured by delivering excellent service, resolving routine billing and account inquiries efficiently, and maintaining accurate transaction records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accept and process customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions.

• Answer routine billing and account questions by phone and email with professionalism and accuracy.

• Provide friendly, timely customer service while resolving basic account inquiries.

• Maintain accurate payment records and follow established procedures.

• Support front office operations, data entry, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service or cashier experience in an office, retail, or similar environment.

• Ability to accurately handle cash and process customer payments.

• Strong communication skills and basic computer/data entry proficiency.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
