Join a team where great service makes a difference! We're seeking a friendly, customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representative to help customers with their banking needs while delivering exceptional service on every call.
TEMPORARY NEED, STARTING AUGUST 10th, WORKING 3-4 MONTHS TOTAL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm EST
Pay: $17/hr
What You'll Do:
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries quickly and accurately
Educate customers on banking products and services
Identify opportunities to recommend products that meet customer needs
Update customer information and complete required documentation
Maintain confidentiality and follow all banking policies and procedures
Provide first-call resolution whenever possible
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service or call center experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer and data entry skills
Banking experience is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment
