Now hiring Customer Service Representative

Bastrop, LA

Pay Rate: $14.00 $17.00 per hour

Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM

  • Previous experience in industrial customer service or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Receive, enter, and verify customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with customers to clarify and perfect order details as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve questions and concerns quickly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and changes.
