SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative for a client in Batavia, IL. The Customer Service Representative excels using their own organization and time-management skills. They are responsible for managing customers and new store locations through the quoting, production, delivery, and installation process.
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp to hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($20-26/hr.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
Available shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

Interact with customers via phone and zoom
Answer customer questions
Solve issues in the field with installation or with deliveries
Direct contact with customers regarding scheduling and changes of projects
Estimate jobs from blueprints
Write orders for specific jobs
Manage inventory levels
Maintain and track jobs through the duration of the project for timeliness and accuracy
Produce quality control sheets for product
Assist and work side by side with Project Managers with day-to-day needs
Material sourcing
Other duties as needed

Required Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience with customer service in a manufacturing environment preferred
Basic construction knowledge
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel)
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Experience reading blueprints preferred
