SALARY: $19.50 per hour LOCATION: BEAVERTON, OR SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, various shifts, Temporary-to-Hire

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Serve as the first point of contact for members by phone and email, managing the flow of identity theft victim inquiries.
Handle billing questions, account updates, and changes to payment and coverage information.
Answer member questions and concerns with clarity and care.
Enter and manage data across multiple computer applications.
Support broader Customer Care projects and administrative tasks as needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential member information with discretion.
Availability to work varied shifts and occasional overtime during periods of company need.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires the ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods while managing steady phone volume throughout an 8-hour shift, in an office environment.
