Position Overview: 
 As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our comprehensive range of insurance products to prospective clients. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others protect their assets and achieve financial security. Your primary responsibilities will include:
 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Educating clients on various insurance products and coverage options.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to offer informed advice to clients.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and listening

  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Able to learn computer functions
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Currently licensed / experienced applicants preferred. 
  • Unlicensed individuals may apply if they're willing to obtain license within 4-6 weeks of employment.
