We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative, with a strong focus on part-time availability, to support our Service and Sales teams by connecting with customers on unsold projects and helping convert opportunities into booked work.
This is a great fit for someone looking for consistent part-time hours with flexibility, while still having the option to grow into a full-time role if desired.
About the Role
This position is primarily focused on outbound customer communication, follow-up, and scheduling. You'll work with customers who have already interacted with our team, helping guide them toward next steps while delivering a strong customer experience.
You'll need to be organized, comfortable on the phone, and able to manage your time effectively in a structured but flexible environment.
Schedule Options
We are actively prioritizing part-time coverage and can build schedules around availability:
Part-time schedules ranging from 20-30 hours per week
Flexible shift options during business hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Ability to work 3-4 days per week, depending on availability
Full-time option available for candidates seeking a 4-day, 10-hour schedule
Pay Range
$16 - $20 per hour, depending on experience, with additional earning potential through performance incentives
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to customers regarding unsold service and sales opportunities
Re-engage past leads and help convert them into scheduled work
Provide clear, professional communication and build trust with customers
Accurately document interactions and update customer records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Required Qualifications
3 years of customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience handling multi-line phone systems
High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceTitan experience
Call center or outbound calling experience
Sales experience (phone or in-person)
Home services experience (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, etc.)
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
